RETURN POLICY
ElegantFamilyFashions
will consider the return of items only for an exchange in size of the same style
with
the receipt and tags attached in the original condition. ElegantFamilyFashions must be contacted by phone prior to the return of any item, otherwise the return
will be refused. ElegantFamilyFashions
reserves the right to deny return of any items. Restocking fees may be imposed on any returned items. If ElegantFamilyFashions determines that a damaged garment was caused by the purchaser, a exchange will be denied. There is
a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit
purchases cannot be returned. No shipping charges will be credited.
The shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees incurred by the
purchaser are also, nonrefundable. Please contact us within one week of the
receipt of an order, if you have a problem with an item. We are not responsible
for lost returns.
