RETURN POLICY

ElegantFamilyFashions will consider the return of items only for an exchange in size of the same style with the receipt and tags attached in the original condition. ElegantFamilyFashions reserves the right to deny return of any items. If ElegantFamilyFashions determines that a  damaged garment was caused by the purchaser, a exchange will be denied.

The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees incurred by the purchaser are also, nonrefundable. Please contact us within one week of the receipt of an order, if you have a problem with an item. We are not responsible for lost returns.
